More on my Personal Training Program, and what a Personal Trainer can do for you!

 You may have heard or seen people who have tried and Failed at Losing Weight or succeeded once upon a time and then struggled to maintain the results long term. Has this happened to you?

I know all about it because I've had hundreds of initial conversations with people who have come in and seen me for the very first time and have been through the above and are looking for a permanent solution.

After 10 years working as a Personal Trainer in the Sutherland Shire I have finally solved the problem once and for all. You see, there are 4 main reasons people never reach their goals or cannot maintain the achieved results, I call them fail factors.

1. Your goals may be un-realistic and already setting yourself up for failure.

2. You may be unprepared for what lays ahead. You may have a general idea from what has worked for you in the past. But now you are second guessing your game plan and very confused about what will work for you right now.
