Not everyone finds exercise fun. We get that. Trouble is, no one ever really got trim, toned and terrific dreaming about their perfect body or by ruing how monotonous and exposing exercise is and if only it were fun you'd be the first in line...
While the thought of personal training Sutherland can be daunting Mefit personal training Sutherland are passionate about improving your quality of life and genuinely care that you achieve your goals. It's why they got into this industry in the first place. It is why they work for Mefit, a boutique gym that's small enough to care about you while large enough to provide you with the service you need to achieve your dreams.
No one likes to fly solo, and exercising is no difference. The advice and motivation of a Personal Trainer Sutherland Shire will help you get the most from your workouts!
Working out on your own is never fun. Who is there to push you to get that one extra rep complete? Who is around to give you a pat on the back when you break through the barrier and lift a new personal best? PTs aren’t simply there to point you towards the next machine; they are committed to your development and will couple you on the journey every step of the way.
Although they think they are helping themselves get fit, many people don’t realise that they are actually harming their body when they exercise. Lifting weights that are too heavy, operating machines incorrectly and poor technique cause the majority or workout injuries and can lead to niggling problems in the future. Having a PT on hand will make sure you are strengthening and toning your body correctly.
But don't let that scare you. See it as the positive change you need to help you head in the right direction. Personal training Sutherland is about empowering you, providing you the knowledge to make the necessary lifestyle changes in a sustainable way. Not a flash in the pan, work yourself ragged style. But one that tackles your diet, your mental state and improves the capabilities of your body session-by-session and day-by-day for an easy lifestyle adjustment.
No one wants to heckle you from the cheap seats. Irrespective of your body hang ups, perceived flaws, or concerns about your ability, chances are it's been seen before and overcome so goals can be reached and dreams realised. Remember: no one ever started out with a photoshopped-looking body.
Even if you commit for a short period of time because you're skeptical you have nothing to lose, and everything to gain. Take the first step forward. Give Mefit a call about personal training Sutherland Shire and start the ball rolling towards a happier and healthier future.
WAYNE – 48 - SONIA - 37 – BONNET BAY, SUTHERLAND SHIRE, NSW
My wife Sonia and I have been training with MEFIT Sutherland Gym for the last 4 years. The sessions with Mike Evans are fun and enjoyable. However, he knows when he needs to ramp up the intensity. Mike makes allowances when our energy levels are low or if we have an injury. For instance, I had a pinched nerve in my heel for several months. I could not undertake high impact training and Mike designed a program where I could still remain, strong and ready fit. Our core strength has improved due to Mike providing invaluable advice on posture awareness and core exercises.
AMANDA – AGE 32 – GYMEA, SUTHERLAND SHIRE, SYDNEY
After having lost quite a lot of weight due to dietary changes I went in search of someone to help me tone up my body. I needed a place where i could not only train in private so that I could build up my confidence away from the gym jocks, but something that was also easily accessible so that i wouldn't be tempted to say that it was all too hard and not go.
DIANA – AGE 36 – JANNALI, SUTHERLAND SHIRE, SYDNEY
I had put on more than 35 kilos after having my first baby. I was feeling very negative about my weight to say the least. Not only that, my abdomen muscles split 4.5 cm which was not good, basically it was not good for me to exercise hard core because I could do damage to my internals & also my back because of this split & the lack of core strength I had at the time. I was eating badly & I was tired all the time. I started training with a trainer outdoors for a couple of months & then I realised that my knee (which I have always had problems with) was getting worse so I had to have an arthroscopy (cleaning of torn meniscus in my knee cap). After the operation, I fell into a rut & didn’t exercise for 2/3 months. I was told I had to start with low impact for my knee & because my abdomen had not completely closed, I was worried about that too.
