I had put on more than 35 kilos after having my first baby. I was feeling very negative about my weight to say the least. Not only that, my abdomen muscles split 4.5 cm which was not good, basically it was not good for me to exercise hard core because I could do damage to my internals & also my back because of this split & the lack of core strength I had at the time. I was eating badly & I was tired all the time. I started training with a trainer outdoors for a couple of months & then I realised that my knee (which I have always had problems with) was getting worse so I had to have an arthroscopy (cleaning of torn meniscus in my knee cap). After the operation, I fell into a rut & didn’t exercise for 2/3 months. I was told I had to start with low impact for my knee & because my abdomen had not completely closed, I was worried about that too.
