Smashed up at Cronulla Boot Camp

Hi YouFitMEFIT’s,
Now that session this morning at Cronulla Boot Camp will give you at least 48hrs of Fat calorie after burn! That was a big session filled with full body exercises with loads of heart rate for the fitness! See you’ll Friday morning for more punishment. Make sure we follow diet plan and stay mentally strong. If you are feeling tired today, try and close eyes for 20min max and drink loads more water to fill that grumbling tummy. Your body will be looking for more calories over the next 48hrs to help repair worked out/stressed out muscles from this morning. Give it NOTHING…that way your body will have no choice to use fat stores from our ass for the muscle repair. A.K.A, toning up!

NOOOOOO. So many people ask me, if they do a abdominal program twice a day for 4-5 times a week will it get me to lose weight rapidly and give that toned ripped looking 6 pack they have always wanted! I say no, unfortunately…it will make you feel like is doing something, and for added bonus it might even give you back problems. Their response is what!!!! he he Its not about flogging one area, in this case the abdominal region. Sure, by flogging muscles it will help them grow and strengthen underneath all the fat. But we ultimately want to focus on getting rid of the fat sitting on top and in and around the abdominals. Once that is gone, you will clearly see the rectus abdominis (6pack). Without spending hours in gym, crunching away and potentially giving, you back problems as well.
I’ll let you in on a little secret that shouldn’t really be so secret. The faster you can burn excess fat off your body the quicker you will SEE your 6pack! Yippy

It’s very sad for us here at MEFIT, we won’t have anyone to yell and scream at in the morning 3 times a week. He he All good things must come to an end for the year coming into Christmas.
Don’t stress…there is another Bootcamp cronulla starting up just right around the corner Jan 2012! Check mefit.com.au for the dates.
Let’s talk about this mornings bootcamp at Solander Playing fields. Loads of fun was had dragging a 2 tonne vehicle 100 meters this morning? I thought it was quite easy and amusing. (Hehe Sitting in the car giving motivational chat)
Well done on the times in Tug a truck…some of the quickest times to date. See you’ll Friday for the Boot Camp Sutherland Shire BFA re-test.

What a start to the summer season of Boot Camp Sutherland shire! We have had some of the BEST results to date. Check them all out in the back office of mefit.com.au. It’s time to party up and eat our selves silly…because as soon as new years is over MEFIT personal training will be back into it! Planning the year ahead, hunting around for another bunch of boot camper enthusiasts to be tortured physically and mentally, getting the most out of each and every one of us during our 4 wk program in and around Cronulla Beach.(Oh yeh) we are looking forward to it already.
If we don’t personally catch up before the big day of Christmas & New Year! All the very best and have a safe Party season.
