MeFit opened its doors in Gymea August 2007 sighting a need for a private studio which allows our trainers to provide a true 1 on 1 personal service, where people will not find at large commercial gyms.

MeFit is headed by Mike Evans (fitness professional) who is renowned and respected for his experience and knowledge in the health and fitness industry. Mike’s desire and passion is to motivate, educate and support his clients every step of the way.
